We carry out the integral manufacture of your mosquito net in Viana do Castelo. We can install our solution anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula through our network of installation technicians.
Ordering Process
You can contact one of our commercial agents via telephone, WhatsApp, email, forms on our website or social networks in order to obtain a quote for your mosquito nets or any technical clarification you may require.
Based on a technical feasibility assessment depending on the type of door or window, the dimensions, and the colour / RAL of the mosquito net, as well as the installation location, we prepare a detailed quote.
Our network of technicians will be able to perform the technical evaluation, measurements, and installation. Alternatively, the customer can carry out the measurements and installation by himself or by contacting us, and one of our technicians will provide the necessary assistance remotely, such as via video call.
Please note that our technical assessment visit is free of charge and without obligation.
Once the budget has been drawn up, if it is accepted, the award implies the advance payment of 50% of the global amount, with the remaining 50% paid before shipping – if the customer does the installation himself; or during installation – if the customer requires that it be carried out by one of our technicians.
Any payment upon installation must be made to SLS Europe Lda through the methods indicated below in Accepted Payment Methods, and never to the installer.
Once the award amount has been received, the order isOnfirmed in the system and goes into production depending on the order queue. Once production is complete, the customer will be notified that the order is ready to ship.
If the customer installs the product, the final amount must be settled before shipment. If one of our technicians carries out the installation, the shipment is made by carrier to the installation department and the customer is notified of the tracking number.
We inform our esteemed customers that in case of adjudication of mosquito nets without installation service, they will be sent by courier disassembled to avoid breakage in transit. Fixing accessories are not provided since the type of drill and screw, or even double-sided tape to be used depends on the installation location. However, we can offer free remote assistance for both assembly and fastening.
Once the order is received, the installation is scheduled with the customer by the technician. The final amount will be settled upon installation. Once again, we emphasize that any payment upon installation must be made to SLS Europe Lda through the methods indicated below in Accepted Payment Methods, and never to the installer.

SLS Europe Lda offers its customers the following payment methods: bank transfer, MB reference or MBWAY.
Shipping Methods
Your mosquito nets are sent by courier with a tracking number. The average delivery time is two working days for Mainland Portugal and up to 5 working days for the Islands.
Returns and Refunds
As these are customized solutions, that is, made to measure and adapted to each customer's door and window, returns or refunds of any kind are not accepted, except in the following situations:
- if installation is not possible due to failure of the measurements carried out by our technicians;
- If the delivery and/or installation time is inappropriate and disproportionate to the previously budgeted and agreed with the customer.
We emphasize that when the responsibility for the measurement rests with the customer, there will be no right to any refund or return. Likewise, the impossibility of installation due to customer unavailability or loss of interest, except in the situations above, not only will not entitle you to any return or refund request, but also do not excuse payment of the total amount of the order.
