The award of an order implies the advance payment of 50% of the global amount. The remaining 50% is settled before shipment if the customer installs it himself or at the time of installation if the customer requests that it be carried out by one of the technicians from SLS Europe Lda.
SLS Europe Lda accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer, MB reference or MBWAY.
Courier ships pleated mosquito nets with tracking numbers. The average delivery time is two working days for Mainland Portugal and up to 5 working days for the Islands.
Due to the personalized nature of the solutions, SLS Europe Lda does not accept returns or refunds except in specific situations, such as failure in the measurements carried out by the company's technicians or delivery time and/or installation disproportionate to the previously agreed.
SLS Europe Lda offers a 3-year warranty on all its solutions, provided the excellent use of the product is proven.
SLS Europe Lda manufactures its mosquito nets in Viana do Castelo and, through its network of installer partners, can install your solution anywhere in mainland Portugal and the islands. In addition, the company also has installer partners in Spain.
